One of the most common reasons people seek counselling is for relationship issues.
Meaningful and satisfying relationships are a major determinant of happiness and general wellbeing yet many people struggle to develop and maintain them.
Relationship issues can arise within a marriage or intimate partnership, within a family, with friendships and with workmates.
Common Relationship Issues:

Communication difficulties, e.g. inability to be authentic, inability to self-reflect, inability to say what you want or need or think, inability to listen without getting defensive etc.
